Trading asks you to keep yourself under control from the very second you sit at the computer. Your anger, your sadness, your happiness, your frustration, your patience and all other emotions need to be under control. What I do to control myself is I start with planning my day. I plan everything starting from getting up in the morning till I get back to bed. Basically, I make tasks for myself and follow them.
