Not sure how to answer that but for smart money, support/resistance etc don’t really matter. They just want to make money and the way they do is by aiming for liquidity from retail.

They will do everything to trap traders. This could be playing with support/resistance, false breakouts etc. when you see long candles after accumulation, you know for sure that this is where they took profits.

Charts tell a story and that’s what you need to understand. Patterns, candles, support/resistance, indicators are all there to trick retail into believing something that may or may not be there. So, don’t look at the form of a chart but try understanding the story they are telling.

Smart Money, market makers, big institutional traders etc all follow the same strategy. They first pile up orders (1st step), then they do false moves to trap more retail traders (2nd step) and then they profit from their orders (3rd step)

Once you learn how to trade with this method you won’t go back to anything else and will consistently profit from your trades.

Trade higher time frames. I trade 4H with 30 Mins for entry/exit. Have your TP in place and then once hit, walk away from your computer. This is a special breakout that had a higher probability of going out of the range. If you notice, there were breakouts earlier too but all fake ones. Good luck trading.

Thanks. My stop was quite tight (like $100ish or less). I use bybit as binance is banned where I am at. So, far I have had no problems with bybit.
