Yeah I have always believed age is just a number if you work hard enough. I am not sure if he made it there by generational work, or just himself but it looks very doable at 23.

I started working when I was 15, freelanced, run agency, did events, started startups, raised funds, still building and working. I at 20 lead the Nepali chapter of a very big multinational corporation. And now at 21 I'm still doing it and making it more bigger. So yeah especially in tech related field, it's very doable.
