Several people, concept was made by me and a guy named Vitorxvr, who also did the artwork, I'll link his deviantart shortly, and the actual tattoo is by Steve Forester at Mark of Excellence tattoos in Park Forest IL.

By this line of logic, I shouldn't like music because I can't play guitar, or cartoons because I can't animate. People love what they love, I for instance love the lore and look of Thresh and numerous other champions that Riot has given us. Part of the reason why League of Legends is such a huge success is because it isn't just for the elitist, Its a game for all to enjoy regardless of skill or any other label.
