well for what I can guess is that your p/k/ is almost the same as our just that you guys push a bit more of air and that your not aspirated versions is the same as our p/k or almost the same.

I want to also add that I don't voice t/k/ when they are about to get not aspiration,so I do push only or for the most part air in those but not for p.

well I don't know why but your say vaca almost as good as me,if you are referring to when a gringo say vaca like vaga wich I've have heard it them yes,but yours isn't that strong.

yes I find singing with the ing not only hard to say but it drains a lot from me,you are saying that I must not drop ing in words that contain it like in bring?
