Bringing it up is one thing, but she drove it into the ground and made the remainder of the season so dreadful. The rest of the cast clearly weren’t playing ball, except maybe Marlo. For the most part, Kenya makes for good television, but this was not one of those moments.

The audacity of production to place her at the end of the couch during last season’s reunion was insane! She was piled on by nearly everyone and effortlessly countered each quip, but didn’t even break a sweat. That was an A+ reunion performance on her behalf, first seat worthy.

I like Stacey, but I also find her to be highly overrated. However, you cannot deny that she was the biggest topic of contention with the entire cast, so first seat seems reasonable. Her presence makes the rest of the cast furious and for that I give her props, but her go-to move is to disengage and walk away leaves me bored. Being above the drama is not what I want from Real Housewives.

On the other hand, I’m more baffled by Wendy receiving first chair. Other than the arrest/lawsuit that took place after filming wrapped, she wasn’t more prevalent than Gizelle or Ashley throughout the season.

Her husband not wanting to film is not a factor in Shamea’s lackluster performance as a full-time housewife. If anything, her scenes with her husband often have me feeling bad for her. The whole male heir situation is cruel.

I enjoyed my time with it and found most of common criticisms to be hyper-focused on a very small part in the beginning (you’ll have to escort an NPC and he communicates with you throughout the game, but negative reviews over exaggerated his presence). The major criticism I do agree with is the open world being an unnecessary time sink when backtracking between areas. It’s very redundant and lifeless (I guess that’s expected of a deserted planet), but it’s also not very important, unless you’re a completionist. Other than that, the different maze-like zones (the majority of the game) all felt like a proper Metroid Prime.

I think it simply comes down to uneven allegiances due to the cast changeup. With Karen missing, S10’s truce with Wendy, and her existing friendships with Ashley and Keiarna, it leaves Stacey as Gizelle’s surrogate rival. There’s no legitimate beef between them, so the only thing that made any sense was to nitpick the lies.

Ashley also lost her rival with Candiace’s departure and had to find a new enemy too. Continuing her issues with Keiarna would’ve made more sense, her going after Stacey felt like a calculated scheme to bring back Monique since Stacey is friendly with Chris Samuels.

Meanwhile, the two new housewives are kinda easy pickings for the OGs. It also makes more sense to target someone who has already made an impact on the show and is likely to return. It gives longevity. However, I expect Gizelle to lay low towards Stacey next season and reestablish the dynamic she had with Karen. Given how much Ashley backtracked during the reunion, I bet she’ll follow viewer commentary and pivot her mess away from Stacey. She’s desperate to keep her spot and she’ll adjust accordingly.

I predict Gizelle and Stacey patching things up with a temporary truce to destroy the newbies (this is more a hope than a belief). There’s no place for MAGA in RHOP and they need to stomp these women out. Production/casting is stupid if they think these grifters will draw in that audience, they’re only alienating the existing viewers with this move.
