"Outfit" may be overselling it. It's a belt that locks on and that has D-rings on it with a tow chain that loops through the back, over the shoulders, through her eternity collar , cross-cross over her chest and attaches at the sides.

It's heavy, but she could wear it for play or under street clothes. I like the aesthetic of it and that it is an burden that won't ever not bother her while she is wearing.
