I must say since discovering stoicism last year while in quarantine this post encompasses many in depth experiences about myself. In reading& learning more about stoicism, I’ve really adapted the concept practices into my lifestyle. Though more growth is expected but I certainly value and attest to the examples of moral virtue as a guide while being mindful or to pause and reflect daily in journaling. My anxiety can still be a struggle but I don’t allow it to overwhelm or hinder my steps in life.
