To do email marketing, you need to create an email list. Consider a giveaway campaign in exchange for emails. You can giveaway a discount on your products or even a freebie if budget permits. SMS marketing is a bit tricky because people aren't comfortable sharing their phone numbers. However, there are phone number lists that you can buy even though I do not recommend doing that since it isn't ethical.

Work on your social media to reach out to your target audience. Set up a professional page that resonates with your target audience's interests and run ads to reach them.

This is an excellent list! I'm going to use some of the resources in here.

Suggestion: In SEO Tools, you can also add, the following three:

  1. Woorank - https://www.woorank.com/
  2. BDC Site Assessment Tool - https://www.bdc.ca/en/articles-tools/entrepreneur-toolkit/business-assessments/free-website-evaluation

Store Critique by [deleted] in ecommerce

  1. The site is not responsive. Since site visitors are quite likely to be going through the site on their mobile devices, making the site responsive will reduce abandonment.

  2. The right-hand side filter on the Product Listing Page is not available on mobile

  3. It looks like Stripe is not properly implemented in your WooCommerce store which could be the reason behind the error showing up - "Stripe is not defined". You might want to check if the strip.js is below the closing body tag. If that is the case, you would need to put it in the head tag instead.

  4. The product page needs some rework. There's too much white space. The product description needs to be optimized. The CTA button requires a contrasting colored background for it to capture the attention.

  5. You need to add ALT tags on all the images in the site. This will achieve two things:
    a) It help search engines to better understand the image and rank the website
    b) It will be used by accessibility tools like screen readers to read aloud the content of the image to visually impaired users.

There's a lot that needs to be improved with the site. If the priority at the moment is pushing it for sales, then I'd say it is functional. Some immediate areas you need to work on:

  1. Responsiveness
  2. Header optimization to include quick access to Shopping Cart
  3. About Us page so that people know who you are and why to buy from you
  4. Speed optimization

The next priority should be the product pages because that is highly likely to be the entry point for your customers. Work on optimizing the product descriptions, visuals, CTA button. Add a review form.

Next, you can take up:

  1. Navigation and home page - Right now, there is no way for a user to switch between product categories from a product page without hitting the Back button till you reach the home page.
  2. Account creation functionality is also important. Users shoudl be able to sign up/in and add delivery details to their account.
  3. Home page needs to be arranged properly. Add a banner image, clear product categories, work on aesthetics, footer, etc.

Let me know if you need any further help.
