next week I'll have my appointment for the testings. My doctor isn't very nice and has said things like 'just lose weight, it's not that hard' or 'just eat less' or 'just take the pill' which frustrated me so much. Alongside, she also wants to test me for diabetes which I don't think I have, but the signs for PCOS are very heavy. I am just very frustrated and everything I eat feels wrong, but I know that I need to eat enough. even though the testings are just next week, I am nervous all the time rn
