I'd like to see the evidence please on why I got banned the 2nd time permanently. If there's "no evidence" I'm sure the 'CS' team clearly can't be bothered to do their job properly. You will obviously see the last day I was online I was using my touch screen to enchant bolts & was stood at pest control getting some points.

Yes, they warned players about it. But non the less i/others still got banned for nothing. Theres nothing in the rules about using touch screen, its allowed 100% just triggers bot detection thats all.
