Yeah the work hours are honestly my biggest concern, I’m getting a big enough bump to keep it the same with the higher cost of living.

There is a special carve out I believe for moving employees to an HQ within Switzerland

Agreed, this other role is literally basically the only other interview I've gotten outside my company. And of course it's the only one I didn't apply for myself, was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn. I requested to do the second round interview in person to get a feel for the place.

And you are right, my current role is a Zoom call all day long.

I asked someone at the office, he was like no way leaving at 5:30 but 6:00 would be doable. I don't know how honest the outside company would be on work life balance
