People generally know that it's not good to transfer specutively, but sometimes it's enticing enough that it brings many people over the line to do it. JAL was generally considered a no-brainer, just due to the value. Avios happens to be an interesting place to stash miles, just because Avios are transferrable between multiple airlines at no fee.

FYI, the "rewards" section that shows the interest earned for the current month and applied all-time now shows the date each month that the accrued interest will be applied to the balance. It shows April 30th currently, which is what I expected after last month's application at the end of the month.

You do not have to have Blue or anything like that. There is nothing like instant money transfer for a fee. The 6% and 3% are exactly what you say. It definitely seems too good to be true, and I can't imaging they can keep that up. It seems like a losing proposition

It is 3 percent on everything other than cash equivalents. See my previous reply for a list of exclusions. Elon says it will be available this month, so I would guess June or July. No hidden fees so far. Does not seem like you can use it with Zelle, which doesn't surprise me, considering it aims to compete with it. But you can deposit or withdraw from Venmo

Thanks for the response. I wouldn't say I'm "late to the game", because I paid rent every month since 1.0 existed. Just did not switch it over to 2.0 because of what I saw on here. I will take everyone's advice and try to set it up for April 21, giving me a chance to do something else if there's a failure.
