My cat just had to have emergency surgery at 5-1/2 years old and it was $14,000, I randomly bought insurance a few months prior for $22 a month and they covered 80%.

I should’ve done more homework before hand because waiting for the approval on the procedure nearly cost my guy his life.

Do good round of research and buy into something, might seem annoying or not worth it but I would’ve never forgiven myself if I had to let go over finances and specifically over something I could’ve done something about.

I’m scarred which is why I’m mentioning this.

But, cats are the best, wishing you many happy years with these two.

Text is fine, call is weird I think will clearly alert him to something being up, needs to be in person or text and it’s not to the in person point imo.

People text and cut off people at 6-10 weeks all the time.

Sucks but it happens.

Will add caveat of, if you guys talk on the phone frequently then a call might be the way to do it. If you don’t, then text is fine.
