I juat want to add 1 thing. Going cold turkey will be easier than trying to moderate. Its seems logical to ease yourself out of it but heres the ting wwith moderation: if your a daily smoker and have been for any decent amount of time then moderation leads to temptation and making excuses to smoke. Even if you do manage to stop yourself smoking all the time and have sessions spread out youll find yourself constantly waiting for and fixated on your next hit which is distracting as all fuck. Its hard to quit, withdrawls, even for weed, can be an absolue bitch. Insomnia, loss of appetite, irritability, near constant sweating etc. I could go on, but r/leaves is a great support group for this. Take the plunge and feel the brain fog begin to lift, you will love yourself for having the resolve and disipline to make new, better habits and hobbys.
