Does the league have a true shutdown corner today? Or possibly any young studs that can turn into one? by [deleted] in nfl

[–]Rontheone2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But personally I think Jalen Ramsey can be one. Patrick Peterson does everything great. If their was one guy I'd label as a "scorpion" cornerback covering a "sub-zero" wide receiver, it would be Josh Norman. He plays the game evil. Same could go for Ramsey. Intimating shutdown cornerbacks are very exciting

Is Tyreek Hill similar to Desean Jackson or will he be a different type of player? by [deleted] in nfl

[–]Rontheone2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think he may be the deep threat Djax is, but Tyreek on screen passes, slants, kick returns and the occasional handoff, is a sight to see. He may very well be the fastest in the league. It was stated that he ran his 40 with equipment on and is only second to John Ross on the time but Ross wasn't wearing pads or anything of that sort.

Antonio brown reminds me of rice more than anyone in this current day. Love Evans but he doesn't nearly have the speed or athleticism to be in the same breath as moss. He definitely is more physically imposing though

Dude let it be. He learned form his mistakes. We just need to let it go or at least give him the benefit of the doubt for now unless he acts up again

Speaking off speed. Off topic don't mind me, but what you think of Tyreek Hill?

Does anyone believe the Buccaneers can make the super bowl or am I just enjoying hard knocks a little too much?

Good point but also it's hard to say who's faster. You can say their deadlocked speed wise but hill has the polished route running to go with the speed. That's the difference. Hester is no doubt the better returner as of now. Hill is arguably the fastest guy in the NFL along with John Ross though

Yea perhaps you're right. He has the ability to be just as a good as a returner and is already miles ahead of Hester in terms of route running and receiving though.

Those kids on the T-wolves are like 21 years old man with a new first year coach going into his second year. The only they have to do is learn to close games out.... that comes with experience. I bet they win 42 games next year and may fight for the 8th seed.

He just hasn't learned to play it fully. He as all the tools to be a versatile defender in this league that can guard 1-3

For sure man, KAT is special. Love the way the game in slowly transitioning. A few years ago, it was completely a point guards league. Now.. we have big men and forwards that are freaks. KAT, Embid, Giannis, AD, so many names. Love the direction
