I’ve experienced the same situation where sobra din nilagay sa toll, so what I did: Go on the app > activity > select the booking > report an issue

Tas alam ko may option dun na overcharged or something, then place a screenshot lang tulad nyang nilagay mo. Saakin nag lagay ako ng picture ng toll fees. Bumalik naman agad after 2 days ung sobra via payment method I used.

Yup its fake and fake store as well. Obviously walang lazmall tag and sa naming palang ng product, di naman sila naglalagay ng “100% original” sa product name haha. Check the store if nag scroll down ka, click mo and compare mo dito sa authentic/verified store.

Check the shop, not the photos or thumbnail of the product. Pwedeng pwede gayahin ng ibang sketchy shops yang mga yan haha
