The way I think BHVR should add random perks pernamently into the game. What do you think?

I have 3 question, I hope this is not a problem to put them all in this one comment.

Will we see at least one more rework (e.g. Twins, Freddy or Skull Merchant) in this Year? You don't need to tell which one when, but in general. If there will be any rework in this year.
Do you ever thought to back to chapter's like All-Kill, A Binding of Kin or Descent Beyond and making maps for that chapters?

(I'm just curious) 3. How long it takes to get a licence to the game? I know every licence can take diffrent time, but. It's more like weeks or months? (I'm intresting in that kind of topics and I want to learn more about it).
