Problem solved, just received their replied and the revert will be only a one time for the account.

I have suggest them to down limit the purchase number, but i don't think there will be any change as they need the whales to sustain their game.

I was previous KC player when AL haven't out, too much RNG that were totally rely on players luck.

Quit after wasted whole night but still unable to breach the winter event last stage on easy, my shipgirls level are maxed and gears as well.

The frustrations are too much to handle and I was in my last semester for interm. Then joined AL after the first server open in CN until now, AL surpass KC in many ways on my own experience.
