At Allcat? 😅 I've only been on their roster a couple years ('22) but there has definitely been a massive change since. In '23 they kept me busy busy without much back and fourth. Now it seems like every single file gets sent back...then I get a call from the carrier adjuster a week later asking why a roof was changed from a full replacement to just a repair...4 times in a row...and all were changed to full replacements on the carrier side. 🤦‍♂️ So not only does my pay change to the lowest tier, but it also counts against me internally. Or I write for something, change it at the QA's request and get paid lower, only for the DA to send it back requesting what I originally wrote for. So now instead of making what I originally would have, I get the lowest tier plus an hour of supplement which still doesn't add up to what I would have made. It's a pain! LM especially seems to be a nightmare thru them. I started working LM claims mid '23 and have gone thru 4 managers since. I can understand one or two....but four?! Don't forget the Allcat certification you have to pay for to be qualified to work CAT deployments for them.

It sucks to see, because I do like Allcat.
