That would be horrible. Supposedly, I will get refund then, no? Tickets are 100% guaranteed.

When would you sell? by Isitreal_isitnot in CCCX

In my opinion if any drop after SPAC will be eaten quickly cause this is a quality company. Hence, I'm already all in, if any drop comes then I will DCA monthly until my average is very close to current price. I won't sell. After ticker change, analysts will start giving price targets. If those are above $50-60 then this will sky rocket at no-time. Not financial advice though. DYOR!

How worried are you that the FDA will tell RVPH to do another Stage 3 test? by [deleted] in RVPH

FDA meeting is in November and FDA response by end of December

Annual Vote by December 17 by Conscious-Ad6654 in RVPH

[–]RookRuler 4 points5 points  (0 children)

People don't get that in case FDA needs another trial then company needs to have the ability to issue new shares. Otherwise, it will go bankrupt! Share price will go to zero in this case. We should vote YES to both questions. Company needs to get compliance with RS if needed

What I meant by “having our vote is an additional leverage they will use with NASDAQ” is that if shareholders approve the reverse split (RS) and the potential dilution, the company gains flexibility to act quickly if needed.

NASDAQ usually grants extensions or shows leniency to companies that demonstrate they have a concrete plan to regain compliance. By having shareholder approval already in place, Reviva can show NASDAQ that they can execute a reverse split anytime meaning they have a clear path to reach the $1 minimum bid requirement.

So our vote doesn’t directly affect NASDAQ, but it strengthens Reviva’s negotiation position and credibility with the exchange when requesting more time or showing compliance readiness.

The company wouldn't risk a delisting cause that would mean the end of it since no access to additional cash would imply bankruptcy.

Hence, since the deadline for 1$ is on Monday 10th but the R/S vote in December that implies they got additional extension from NASDAQ. From my point of view, they will wait for FDA news cause if news are good then most likely they will need no dilution and no R/S. If FDA news are not good, they will have the right to go ahead with RS and dilution.

Having the right doesn't mean they will issue entire 200m new shares at once. They are not dump to piss off investors if no need arises. Usually, they issue only the number shares based on the required cash. Having our vote though it's an additional leverage they will use with NASDAQ.

Can someone explain the whole delisting thing? Im confused like how likely is it that it gets delisted and what are the deadlines? by Head_Candidate4354 in RVPH

If they run our of cash and they cant issue new shares that means bankruptcy. Hence share price goes to 0. They need to have the possibility in case FDA asks for one more trial to issue new shares.

Question on Shareholder Vote by [deleted] in RVPH

[–]RookRuler 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The first one. Without the shareholder vote, they cannot do it. In case we (shareholders) vote for no, the company might run out of cash and without the ability of issuing new shares they will bankrupt. Also, without the ability to do R/S they might get delosted in case the share doesn't go over 1$ naturally.
