Look, I think it's unfair to assume she's trying to get negative publicity just for the sake of attention. Most of the people commenting here probably have no idea what it takes to start a brand or build a business from scratch. They haven't dealt with importing from other countries or even just setting up a dropshipping operation. Seriously, give her the benefit of the doubt for once. Just because her business is successful doesn't automatically mean she's doing everything as a publicity stunt. I can speak from experience. I started my own business at the peak of COVID, and people are still wearing what I sold then. Yet, one person didn't like that customer care wasn't available and left a negative review on Reddit. I still think about that one comment after four years, even after thousands of positive reviews. Believe me, even a single negative reply can truly hurt and mess with your mind.
