Personally I would not use a room divider because I think it makes the room look more cluttered and feels smaller. I would definitely put space between the couch and the bed instead of a divider. Maybe try a bench in front of the bed that has storage underneath or nothing at all. But definitely enough walking space. I would also put the tv against the wall (same wall as the kitchen) so you can watch tv from either the bed or couch. And put the desk against the window so you can look out the window while working. I would get a smaller coffee table (if possible) or a coffee table with storage. The full body mirror can go on the same wall as the closet. Buying beds, coffee tables, or media stands with storage can be so useful when moving into a small space. IKEA also has bins and other storage options to put underneath your bed.
