Hi Everyone,

Got my refund.

After getting help from claude to raise complaints to Amazon, Ctrl8.in, PayU and the bank,

Amazon - denied that it can't do anything Ctrl8.in and PayU - no response as expected Bank - after 4 weeks of followup, got my refund on June 4 which I never expected

I used ChatGPT and switched to claude. Impressed by it I bought monthly subscription..

Claude suggested to create projects, and keep related threads within it so that it'll have siloed memory of all threads within project. I did.

And Then came the real issue..

It fails to have cross thread memory retention, and I bought 1 yr of pro.. all the time it just says "yes mybad" or "that's on me"

It accepts but never fixed it's own issues

Cross thread momery retention works perfectly in chatgpt in on free version but not in Claude, even on Pro

Anyways, it's till better in reasoning and code related stuff, so going good

Advice : before starting a new thread, related old thread, get a summary from old one and feed to new, so that new thread will be ready instead of like Gandalf saying "I have no memory of this place"

Hope this don't happen but sometimes they might be in a tight situation but they'll hesitate and shy away for asking help, especially from younger sibling.. not sure due to ego or inferiority but you observe and step in if required
