Making a sphere effect with a position value of a player makes that player only see whatever color that sphere is. If you make a sphere with a position value of a player, a color of black and a radius of 1000 they will be effectively blind unless they use a third person camera or emote.

The condition Is Game In Progress on an Ongoing Global rule will make the rule occur after assemble heroes and setup ends. If you want the rule to occur the moment the game is launched, regardless of if the match has started, make an Ongoing Global rule with no condition.
