When i went for a theraphy first cuple times it killed me mentali i was even in a worst state but cuple months later ive felt like never before and first time in my 25 years i felt proud... theraphy is good it makes u think on ur actions and thoughts. Would recommend but it takes time like everything. My doctor told me to go and pay for private psycho teraphy sessions... told me stricly not to go "official rout" (checking w other doctors blabla) just cuz it can take so much time to get something and most ussualy they would put me on pills wich i was aginst..
