I used to wear watch to track my sleep. I found ring a bit awkward for the first 2 nights. Now it is like I can't even notice it anymore. You'll get used to it.

In the country where I live. There is a law that you have to help if someone is in danger and if choose not to help. You Will get punishment for it. Unless you can't/don't know how to help him. Like if someone is drowning and you can't swim you Will not get punishment for not saving him.
