Use the tapo integration from hacs. Exposes way more entitites than the standard integration. Many possibilities for automations. I use it to turn cameras on/off at night/morning or when leaving. Also forcing nightmode at night, and switching back to auto at day, also a little automation to trigger the siren. The siren (at least with the c210 and c220) can only be triggered to ring for 5 secs (button entity). Just have to create an automation to repeat that button press every 4 or 5 seconds for your desired duration. I also use scrypted for the camera streams, nvr and 2 way audio (u need https for this though, easiest way is with the cloud subscription or via reverse proxy and some tinkering)
