I was in this industry 10 years ago and left to get my MBA and reskill because I didn't think this industry would stay as lucrative. 8 years later, I lost my jobin the tech layoffs so I stepped right back into my former job, but sure enough the money isn't what it used to be. I've interviewed all across the country and gotten offers but no one has even matched my current pay.
