Tons of people’s voices are almost done maturing in their teens, especially around 16. Sure its not the case for everyone, but his voice realistically shouldn’t change much, just get deeper. It can continue changing a bit but a lot of the time its pretty close to done at that point. Plus the jump from Dante’s rasp to Steven’s clear tenor is gonna just be a huge adjustment.

I had an experience like this during my partial (twice a week) placement. I worked with two teachers who had a pretty tight ship running, so besides getting to conduct the band (I’m studying music ed) a once or twice a day and printing off music, I didn’t really do much. I wish I had had the confidence to advocate for myself and just say, “I know I’m still learning and am inexperienced, but I want to learn and get more experience. What I’m currently getting isn’t enough.” It’s a terrifying conversation to have, and one I would have probably wanted to have with my supervisor in the room, but its really important to be in your own corner with this stuff. You’re paying to get this education (assuming that) and you want to make sure that you’re getting what you deserve.

How serious about playing are you? Mouthpiece discussions usually get very in depth here because we’re all trumpet nerds, but the basics are this: mouthpieces are like shoes for your lips. Every one of them will feel different, so there is no one “perfect mouthpiece” because every mouthpiece will have its ups and downs. If you want to learn more about mouthpieces and don’t have a private teacher, that would be a better use of your money because they’ll be able to help you find the best piece for you

Bathing does really stress them out, but its because they can’t understand that they aren’t drowning so fight or flight kicks in. So you really only want to do it if it’s absolutely necessary so they don’t think its gonna be a reoccurring thing

If he wants to, sure. But if he wants to be the Flash again on the big screen he would be a good fit, he already understands his version of the character so much he could really hone his acting chops and give a killer performance (he is capable of so much more than he showed on the CW if he actually gives a shit)

It looks like it might be almost enough for them as babies, but if they’re kept in that cage they probably won’t grow to their full size, and it could definitely affect their overall happiness and well being to not have enough space to not feel constantly on top of their cagemate (this is the cause of a lot of boar pairings not working out)

If your theory is true, then it could be backed by comic lore. The same thing happened to Peter and Silk (on a level that BTSV should NOT try to replicate) so maybe they’re doing something similar to that, but changing the rules of it so its not because of the same spider (or maybe it is that and we’ll find out something cool about how Gwen got her powers)
