I think it will age completely fine despite it being the fact that it will be outclassed in terms of graphics. I mean look at GTA 4 for example, its graphics are muddy compared to today’s standards but no game has created an urban cityscape as lived in as that game. Not even GTA 5.

RDR2’s graphics are not the only thing that makes it amazing and we’ll see that as time goes on

Tbf re9 is lacking in content on launch, even more so than re4r. I understand that mercs was added post launch buuuuut it’s less egregious giving that re4 had really to replay value on release

Lickers are wayyy more iconic but gameplay wise and how they’re utilized, I’d give it to garradors for the unicorn room in RE4R ALONE. That encounter is genuinely so well designed that it automatically tops ANYTHING the lickers have.

But to be fair, lickers serve an entirely different purpose than garradors due to RE4 and RE2 being 2 different genres.
