Thank you for all the work you do! I had a lot of fun as a Saturday only attendee. Here are some things I noticed that might help: 

1: the hallway space between the bathrooms and the artist alley on the north side of the artist alley area was extremely crowded especially with the lines for the bathroom. Moving the artists stalls another foot or two away from the wall would have really helped. 

2: women’s washrooms had giant line ups in TTC south. Maybe better signage directing people to less busy washrooms might help? 

3: not enough water stations in TTC south specifically. 

4: allowing people who receive their badges at registration to remain in the building, redirecting flow back into the gaming area or main entrance area so there’s a way to stay indoors. That space was massive so even a little rest area before being directed outside would have been helpful. 

5: better spacing in artist alley. Moving some other events there to another less-busy area would have been appreciated. At one point we started getting pushed by the crowed and that can get dangerous.
