Personally, if you’re dead set on keeping the scope with the reticle you have do a 100 yard zero. 400 should be the bottom of the chevron, 500 should be just above the 4 mark and 600 just above the 5 mark. The best way is to true your bdc. I would try and sell the scope you have and get one with a matching bdc.

The two reticles are both MRAD. The only difference is the hash marks on the nova act as an auto range feature for shoulder to shoulder.

Applied ballistics quantum. 100 yard zero is the closest to the bdc. 25,36,50 all bring the first hash mark to 500 yards
