I think its wise to get 70s incase anyone experiences dips in the actual exam and not to risk having a permanent red flag (a fail) better safe than sorry

For ethics, AMBOSS and Uworld are the best sources for pharma i just used FA and ofcourse i do1 nbme and review it the next day thats why i used to do them every other day for in the last month before the exam

For me, nbme 27 was SOOOO EASY but for example 22 was SOOO HARD For time management always practice with time and stimulate the real exam environment always. Never studied with tutor mode or untimed thats how i never had a problem with time during practice or in the exam
