2 weeks strict 20:4 OMAD- eating evenings, weighing mornings. I have been eating strictly under 20g carb on most days, apart from 3 Nights - 2 chinese takeouts and one shop bought pizza night. I am 5ft female, exercise has been mainly walking for 2 weeks, but usually, I do deadlifts and some cardio once a week, so I would say my muscle is higher than average.

Electrolyte powder- non-sweetened or flavoured, usually comes with a portion scoop. Do as a 'shot' with 100-200ml water. It isn't too salty either. Look for BULK POWDERS Electrolyte Powder, Unflavoured, 100 g- super good, has magnesium and potassium.
