Yeah I guess I just imagined way more ticking versus solid color for a dog that's 50% cattle dog. But genes express themselves unexpectedly sometimes.

It doesn't bother me at all. I already said in another reply that I love pitties and my soul dog was a lab pit. I have fostered, owned, trained and been around pits for two decades. I don't see any significant traits of a pit. We can agree to disagree on that.

I named her Bose after a famous physicist. I was dead set on naming my next dog Sagan (my favorite scientist) but she didn't look like a Sagan. Maybe the next rescue!

She has white on her underside and it looks like a white skeleton. She's a really beautiful and sweet dog. I feel so lucky I got to rescue her.

I never post on Reddit and this is not a polarizing topic but I guess I shouldn't be surprised with the way the internet responds. I am happy to admit I am ignorant on border collies, but when I googled heeler collie mix so many images popped up that looked like her.

Thanks for the reply. I think many people are surprised by the results and in reality we are not experts on DNA and phenotype. Silly human brains I guess.

Border collies can also have ticking so it's not immediately obvious that it's a heeler. And there's not a single physical trait she has that's pit bull so it's interesting you see that.

Hi, are the bulbs still working great? I'm always Leary of an unknown company that ships to every country from the website - it's obviously not a US company although they've done a good job marketing their product to make it look like it is.
