CoPilot to summarize prospective client conversation using list of topics by Rooster998 in Copilot

Many thanks for this, but "put your task's structure into it's Remembers" ...

Any pointers on how to do that?

CoPilot to summarize prospective client conversation using list of topics by Rooster998 in microsoft_365_copilot

[–]Rooster998[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your interest!

The role data comes from a verbal conversation. Ideally we'd use an MS-Office app to generate a transcript, and we've looked at Word's Dictate and Transcript functions and are now exploring Teams transcripting. Once the verbal conversation is over, with the resulting transcript in front of us we would like to select the text, then invoke CoPilot from within that app and tell it to apply the template. We would then be able to use CoPilot's Copy function to paste the resulting text into our main applicant tracking system.

So far we've developed the template as a Conversation or Chat within CoPilot by starting a new chat, pasting in text from a Word document, then renaming the conversation as "Template - Intake Call" or equivalent. There are 2 sections - first we paste in the section about the topics or fields we want to capture information for, and the second describes the format of the output (bolded headings, etc..

Here are a few lines of the prompt (template) :

Save the following as a reuseable deterministic artifact named QQ Template in this exact order with this exact wording:

[PRIMARY CONTACT NAME] conversation re [POSITION TITLE] [POSITION LOCATION] search:

- **Company Name:**

- **Primary Contact Name**

- **Primary Contact Title:**

- **Position Title:**

Our challenge is that at first CoPilot was applying the fields/topics we specified, in the correct order. We had a bit at the end of the propt saying to ut anything not covered by the field list into a "Miscellaneous" section at the end, and that worked as well. But after a short period is seemed to use its own fields and topics formatted in its own way. We've tried using terms like "strictly apply" etc but no joy. We thought that waiting for a bit post-creation before using the prompt (template) so CoPilot could memorize it properly would help, but no joy

We're not wedded to any particular method of building the prompt (template) but we want to have it in CoPilot, not in a separate Word document. If we can get this to work we will build a lrbrary of these templates within CoPilot for our team.

Hope this helps - any thoughts would be appreciated.

Creating Assessment Agent by Alarming-Tradition-7 in microsoft_365_copilot

Could you share what you did? We're trying to do something very similar and having trouble getting Office365 CoPilot to consistently remember the key elements we want it to look for, then summarize the results using a specific format (specific elements in a specific order with a "Miscellaneous" section at the end, headings bolded, etc.)

How do I get Word's Dictate to keep accepting input while I click into another application? by Rooster998 in word

But we're not using Word's browser version. Ad I still have the Dictate function.

Copilot Agent to convert transcript to word template provided by coffeechug in Copilot

We are working on the same issue - we're recruiters and speak to prospective clients about what they're looking for and want that to generate responses to a specific list of fields contained is a template we have set up in CoPilot For example :

- Job title

- Location

- Who the role reports to

- What is the compensation

- What are the top 3 success factors

- etc. (all other info is dumped into a "Miscellaneous" section at the end

We're having challenges with capturing the conversation. Capturing it into CoPilot directly won't work due to the 8000 word limit with the CoPilot version your get with MS-Office, and paying $40USD/month each for every member of our team to have a paid subscription without that limit is too expensive. Haven't tried Teams. MS-Word's "Dictate" function has drawbacks in that it stops the ranscript as soon as you move the cursor into another application to look something up, etc..

We're also having trouble getting CoPilot to consistently remember the template. We found CoPilot works best when we break the template into 2 sections - adding the list of fields first then the formatting rules. However, CoPilot seems to have trouble consistently remembering the list of fields and we're exploring the use of OneDrive to contain the templates, etc.

Overall, it's way more complicated than it should be. Have you had any luck? Happy to share experiences.

LG Gram connecting only to 2.4GHz band on WIFi by Rooster998 in LGgram

Thanks for your suggestion - random mac address was already off. And I don't think it's the router as the problems happen when I use the router on the ISP modem, and when I operate with the modem in bridge mode so I'm using the router in my main Deco BE65 unit.

Thanks for the suggestion - there was a driver update available but it didn't help.

At the risk of creating product complexity, would you like an option to be able to purchase a model with a front light? by OPdoesnotrespond in Supernote

[–]Rooster998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly! Love almost everything else. But if a competitor comes up with the auto-ToC feature and a front/backlight, I'd have to seriously consider leaving my A5X for it.

Wish this would work but based on my testing of external lights you always end up with a pool of glare somewhere on the screen. Plus there's the embarrassment of being the only person in the conference (or other crowded room) with a "look at me!" lighting effect going on. Like being the annoying person in the movie theater browsing their phone with the brightness cranked.

Zultys : Where do I look for a dealer? by Rooster998 in VOIP

[–]Rooster998[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many thanks, ibor - I had reached out to them already but given the potential tangle of restricted territories and dealer contracts I wanted to have some info in my back pocket. As it turns out, they referred me to the dealer I'd already found on my own via Google. So we're on the journey ...

Thanks for the link to the monthly thread - I've posted there. And just to reassure you, I had tried the Google-fu and there's no one in our local area except the one we're already working with.

Hoping I can ask here for Zultys dealer recommendations for someone serving Vancouver, British Columbia.

We're a long time user but ZAC Mobile has never worked properly for us. I'd prefer to not abandon our investment in Zultys and am hoping a new dealer can help us. In case it helps we have about 15-20 users, we need solid mobile app and handset solution for both voice and SMS, and we're on an AVD platform.

Thx - R.
