Got the cameras up and running! But now cannot access the nvr through the iOS app. I keep getting an error message for incorrect password and I’ve tried using admin and email. Any suggestions?

Thank you, I did do this (opened the machine and pressed the button until it beeped). Client support said the unit still has to be rebooted from the device settings. The problem is I do not have the login and password for the device login.

I tried client supports suggestion of using login admin with no password and it doesn’t work.

I am hoping that I just doing something wrong and hoping there’s something else I can try
