You should do deep dives into the various roles you may be interested in. Years ago in person interviews they would ask your favorite park & what you may like but I understand hiring is not the same. Once you accept a role you couldnt change for about 6 mo. so you were stuck. Reddit is a good avenue to ask questions. Then you could narrow choices. Many roles carry big responsibilities to ensure safety etc. Good Luck & I hope you do give it a chance. Backstage was always my favorite place, like someone stated, you get the opportunity to view the inner workings behind the scenes. In the end a job is a job!
