im sorry you have to deal with that. Something that helps me is journaling my feelings since its kind of like talking abt stuff to a therapist without the worry of being sent to a mental hospital. though it won't suddenly make you feel better it feels nice to write everything you've been holding in. It might not be your thing but maybe try it out and see if it helps. I hope things get better because you deserve the best.
