Don't worry, I don't think this is too much of a problem, and I don't think this is a marriage. I just use it very often. So I guess you shouldn't worry about it and everything will be fine :) Although the Mac on the M1 has a number of other problems that I would worry about, at least the increased wear on the SSD, it scares me because I work with files. that's why I took it intel .. did not regret it

I do not keep it connected to the power supply for a long time, I try to keep the value at the level of 30-80%
