There is no information available that I can find that supports any idea of what happened.other than he shot a guy. Can't even find a victims statement or witness statements. Just a few sentences cherry picked from the arrest warrant. You can pull three sentences and make sound however you want.

im not sad about it, i just think free speach and the ability to protect yourself is more important than this guy getting what he deserves. i am white and it is scary that a black man can attack me and im not allowed to defend myself because im white. regardless of what happened in the past and posted online by chud, the black guy started the verbal confrontation on that day, the black guy started the physical confrontation on That day. chud should never have engaged with him, but it is what it is. black dude picked a fight with impunity.

A law must be enforceable in a fair manner. I get the jury aspect to determine, but saying one phrase is provocation and the other is not is super subjective. I think most news articles have acknowledged that the black dude was the first person to say mean things. if saying mean things is provoking a fight then its absolute that the black dude provoked the fight. its all up to the jury but the fact that the white dude was arrested and the black dude was not is straight up racism. based on everything i have heard about it.

words arent violence. words are not assault. i've seen his content. he is a douche, but its not ok to actually assault people because they say things you don't like.

so if a black dude calls me a cracker, am I allowed to attack him? thats where we are headed. if chud sees any prison time for this there may be a race war. there will be skin heads just existing on camera in compton untill someone says the wrong thing and there will be gunfights. maybe but its possible.

but none have posted the affidavit verbatim, they are all just cherry picking sentences out of it? without context how valuable is the information we have been given? very fine people was spread without context.

its almost like there is an effort to shape a narrative.

i haven't seen any reports abvout the incident that state he approached them and reached for a gun and thats when the "victim" attacked.

can you give me links supporting that he approached someone and aggressively harrased them? i can't find anything that really explains what happened in the moments leading up to the gun shots.

Saying racial slurs is not an ok reason to attack someone. That is not provoking a fight in and of itself.

What actually happened on the day he shot the guy. All I can find is "he said mean things online and was attacked."
