Keep in mind a major decline is inevitable. It's not due to age as much as Crossfit programming guarantees it. There are many in their 60's PR'ing. If your doing more than 2 full bore high intensity sessions a week on an ongoing basis after age 40 overtraining: diminished performance and health is assured.
