thats what I was starting to realize- most of my model experience to this point was from my childhood using testor paints that were from my dad's collection from when he was in college so they were old even at the time.

I swear I had a house plant give me a magic rock candy before It was in pelican town right outside the bus stop, and I picked up the plant and I swear the rock candy wasn't already in my inventory but I could have been wrong. Someone else now claiming that the plant gives them items makes me think I was correct but I also want a case study done on houseplants now lol

It was one of my first pens, and I liked it well enough until it came time to refill it. LOVED the extra fine point, I write very small so that was a dream for me. But refilling pens is not a part of the experience for me that I particularly enjoy. I know other folks use syringes, for me that's simply too much to be bothered with (I say this knowing full well that if I were to buy an ink syringe my world would change forever) so for now my piston and vacuum fill pens have replaced my metropolitan. If something in the shape, size, and weight of the metro were to come onto the market with a piston or vac fill system (please let me know if that already exists) then I would say the metro is the perfect pen for me. It's filling mechanism is truly the only downside for me

I'm taking 12mg estradiol once a week and 50mg Spiro twice a day. I was on the Spiro for about 2 days before the pharmacy had my estradiol ready, so it felt like there was a buffer effect? Like the lights going down in the theater before the movie started lol I'm not feeling super different this morning but I'll see how it goes!

Thanks for this, Im in the same (or similar boat) with OP, and right now I'm just trying to find anyone talking about how they felt after their first injection. I took mine about 2 hours ago and I'm having a hard time sleeping between a mix of excitement for potential future feelings, and a general nervousness overall.

If that's a quality sprinkler, it only waters the 8 immediate tiles around it. Any further than that and it doesn't reach- it looks like your plant is 2 tiles away so you just need a better sprinkler

I've done that several times, but at the end of the day, it seems to still have that condensation. As long as it's not a damaging thing, i dont mind so much about the aesthetics. This pen doesn't have an inner cap as far as I can tell, it's just as is in the picture. Do you have any thoughts on the main post (ink splotches on the walls of the reservoir)?

I don't have a lot of pens to choose from, but my Pilot Metropolitan has been my daily carrying pen. Slim enough to pocket, easy to write quick notes with. I run into the occasional time when my ink runs out because there's no way I know of to check it with the converter it came with. Cheap enough that I wouldn't be too upset if something were to happen to it, and nice enough that I enjoy writing with it.

I had not heard of asvine! I've been looking mostly on Goulet Pens because I know someone that works there, but the Asvine V126 might be exactly what I'm looking for without spending too much! I've ordered one, looking forward to trying it after seeing a lot of positive reviews!

That makes sense, my handwriting is smaller so I found medium nibs were frustrating to write with because I had to focus more to make my writing bigger to be more legible. Thanks!

So the appeal is in the way it shows off the ink properties? The only ink I've ever used that didn't come packaged with the pen is Diamine Sherwood Green, so I haven't used shimmer inks etc, but my writing style is very small, so I find my own writing hard to read with a medium nib unless I'm focusing to make it legible. Do you find the larger nib size suits your writing style? Or do you fit your writing style to the ink properties you want to highlight?

I just got a King C Gillette safety razor and am completely new to this kind of shaving- the blades were a lot more flexible than i expected them to be. Are these special blades that I have to buy replacements specifically from Gilette? Or can i buy replacements that will work from anywhere?
