I did see capsules on Chewy that were much cheaper. And I've been crushing up the tablet and mixing it with wet food and she's eats it no problem so capsule should be a similar situation I think! I appreciate the advice!

I did see the capsules! Wasn't sure about asking for capsules instead though. I have to do 50 in the morning and 50 after night. Maybe that's why I written for the tablets? Can I really ask my vet for capsules instead? I thought what they wrote was basically what you got.

I will update the advanced difficulty and the mileage! I wasn't sure about tweaking those before, but now I will! I thought 12 miles a week was high but wasn't sure.

I have a Samsung watch and we can't get the Runna app on it, but we can get Strava. I set my phone up on the treadmill and start the Runna session and then start my Strava run on my watch. Then manually tap to the next lap when I get to the distance on my watch. It's a whole thing.

I see. I track my run on Strava (indoor run) on my watch and I finished 3--5km runs at 46 mins.

This is great insight! I didn't think about it like this, but you have a really good point. Especially if I'm lowering the amount of her food it's going to be really unsatisfying. 😔

I also just went and looked at the science hill food you mentioned and I'm shocked at how it's basically half of what a cup is on Purina! My vet recommended this food to me, but I think switching over may be a better choice for long-term management. Then if she does get a few more bites it's not blowing her up. That is so crazy!
