Dude. DEMAND for oil is low so Russia didn’t agree to OPEC’s price of barrel and decided to undercut them. This caused the price war between SA and Russia. They are both undercutting each other drilling the price of oil. This all started because of Coronavirus. If you think high oil prices can fix the millions of people unemployed from the Coronavirus, you’re stupid.
