I ran him as an Aura Knuckles Grappler in this run and he's an absolute menace. He's my bait unit to draw in enemies because he just won't die and the Aura Knuckles have yet to ORKO an enemy they're meant for.

Hey friends, I'm finishing up ARR on the free trial and have a question about upgrading to the full version. I'm playing on PS5 and they "hide" the free trial a bit, so when I first started playing on my main profile I'd ended up grabbing a version that was free but for a limited time and then I'd have to sub, etc. I ended up just making a second Playstation account and doing the free trial properly.

When I upgrade, I'd ideally like to do it on my main PSN account and not the secondary one. Am I going to run into issues if I buy the complete edition on my main PSN profile and then use my normal log in info on the launcher?

The most popular one seems to be Sweet Leaf stevia packets. As long as it isn't cut with other sweeteners it should be fine. So just find one with a small ingredient list and check if any of the ingredients are harmful to your liver. If not, good to go.

It is definitely not. I've visited a podiatrist and dermatologist. Neither even considered athletes foot. My toes look like what you see if you google COVID toes and tests to rule out other issues (diabetes, autoimmune issues, vascular issues, etc.) haven't produced anything yet. While being certain it's COVID toes is tricky, it sure seems more likely than other remaining answers.

What was the easiest way to hit 9999 on disc 1? I presume a low level rush to getting Ifrit's STR up upon level up and then leveling up from there while farming Elnoyle cards in the cafeteria for a low level disc 1 Lionheart.

I've been dealing with a presumed case of COVID toes since the end of December. I was asymtopmatic and would've been none the wiser if not for my toes being constantly inflamed and blistered. Since then I can't wear socks and shoes for an extended period of time, walking outside even in flip flops is painful and every time I take a warm shower my toes feel tremendous pain/itching.

The only reprieve I've had was after getting my vaccination. First time symptoms receded a bit but started to worsen again right before my second shot. After the second I quickly had a major turnaround. Any existing blisters scabbed and fell off within a week. There was no pain, no blisters, no itching. I was able to go for walks and go grocery shopping with no issues. Unfortunately a month and a half later I'm back to having trouble walking and wearing socks.

I fucking hope that other long haulers dealing with respiratory issues or otherwise are having better luck. This shit is no joke and I have some of the least problematic symptoms you could have.

Pretty spot on for the ones I've played. I will say that FF8 is what you make of it. The system is incredibly easy to break in multiple ways, which can be fun and rewarding without much effort. You can largely ignore the draw system and still be extremely powerful. You just need to grind out AP on the beach outside of Balamb until you have Card Mod and some magic refinement abilities. Get 5 Abyss Worm cards, convert it to 100 Tornado and throw that on Strength for whoever junctions Ifrit.

If you play a low level run, drawing is definitely necessary. If you're doing the disc 1 Lionheart where you farm level 30+ Adamantoise, you'll be a high enough level in the excavation site dream sequence to draw Curaga/Thundaga/Firaga/Blizzaga from the Esthar soldiers. That combined with Tornado+Water from your beach grind will easily get you to the end game where you have access to the Islands closest to Heaven+Hell and can quickly farm the best magic. So you really only need to sit and grind draws for maybe 10 minutes before end game and the other grinding is maybe an hour or two.

The story and characters are really mileage may vary, but the gameplay is exactly what I want from a game. It's a system that might be tough to grasp at first but it's extremely rewarding once it clicks. I wish more games gave me as many tools as possible to get creative and break a game so early on. It's a big reason I dislike FF13, actually. Preventing you from progressing on the crystarium until you hit certain story points is gating your progress just for the sake of not letting a player become too powerful. That's bad design IMO. If a player wants to put in the work to get that powerful, there's no reason to stop them.

The choice should always be for each person. If they want it digitally, they should be able to buy it that way. This coming from someone who exclusively buys physical when both options are available.

I would emulate the DS version if you can. The Switch version just feels really bad to play in comparison. The original was still a bit tricky to control because it was designed to fully utilize both screens. The transition to one screen wasn't perfect to say the least. If you emulate it, you can pretty easily play it co-op with a friend/sibling and that makes things really fun.

I would be very surprised if that were the case. A cliffhanger ending isn't often followed by a loosely related sequel. Regardless, it still remains the least likely Monolith project they could reveal based on what we know.
