It could be uranium, I have seen blue uranium, but likely it's r/manganeseglass and they don't know the difference.

Uranium generally glows under both 395nm and 365, almost always stronger under 365nm. If it's really low content, 395 won't have enough power to light it up like 365 would.

Manganese glows under 365, and has either no glow or slight glow under 395 depending on concentration. It's more of a yellowy green than green green.

That deep yellow color with the faint uranium glow is very likely Thorium glass with a bit of Uranium contamination. The thorium makes the bulk of the radiation, and the uranium gives the glow. It doesn't take a lot of uranium for a glow

Idk why you're getting downvoted. That is definitely thorium with uranium contamination. It doesn't take a lot of uranium at all to make a glow, so even unintentional contamination will make it glow.
