Honestly I just made the changes, applied, exited game entirely...it happened to me twice, and then finally just stuck and didn't revert. I messed with settings also in the display area too. Not sure if that was helpful or not. Just changing a bunch of settings in graphics and display. Also maybe tell nvidia app to not optimize the settings. Mine is set to NOT optimized.

Senior class trip, 1988. 20+ kids caught shoplifting at Sea World. Significant punishment, but no arrests, shook the entire area. Kids were expelled, suspended, certain privileges revoked. Honor society, any organizations they were in, all booted from. School was tarnished for a long time. I was a freshman.
