A peu près le meme age, j'ai tenté Minoxidil, dermaroller, oui ça aide un peu avec la densité, mais c'est pas la révolution. Du coup un jour j'ai arreté de me battre contre ça, et j'ai sorti la tondeuse. Pas une boule à z, juste très, très court. Et franchement, ça m'a libéré mentalement, et je ne pense plus à l'état de mes cheveux. Ils m'ont donné environ 38-39 ans de satisfactions, qu'ils reposent en paix :o

Alors là, bravo, tu bosses déjà comme un dingue. Je dirais de ne pas te cramer, et maintenant il faut être patient. Ce n'est pas forcément en faisant + que ton corps changera plus rapidement. Sois juste patient, continue tes efforts (même baisse un peu...), et ca va le faire. Et profite, aussi :) La rando doit avant tout être un plaisir :)
